Type Book

This type specimen book was made using only AI-generated images to showcase the chosen typeface, Utopia. The challenge was to thoughtfully pair typography with visuals that complemented the font’s character without relying on traditional photography or stock imagery, while maintaining a cohesive, intentional design throughout the book. Poetry is used to show the typeface. 

I selected Utopia, a classic and versatile serif typeface known for its elegance and readability. To highlight its timeless quality, I generated AI imagery inspired by nature, lush greens, butterflies, plants, and soft natural textures that echo the graceful and structured feel of the type and reflect the poetry. Careful typographic layouts, green color palette, and thoughtful image selection helped create a cohesive, poetic visual narrative that reflects both the strength and softness of Utopia.
